* refactor 'ctrlcombo' into 'modcombo', suppresses all modifier fundamental combinations
* role number version cheque for joymap too
* permit all events for combos
* add together novel StartPause number (e.g. useful for combos)
* Revert "Make Common::Point role non-negative dimensions, similar the other classes inwards Rect."
